about self-knowledge and inner transformation. Like the caterpillar as
we are transitioning you will, therefore have to find your own reference
points within your internal world in order to complete the "unlearning"
process. Your past choices and decisions matter only to the past and
now it is the future that holds your biggest fulfillment's.
Your actions and your ideas will be in line with the deepest
aspirations of your soul, and being down-to-earth will always serve you
well as you step deeper into your true-self.
You will experience the ultimate satisfaction as an individual, and this will be beautifully integrated, it will come from a great spiritual serenity that you will acquire intelligently throughout your life. pleasure without receiving pleasure.When you explore this part of self
you understand that neither is bleak or glutted or has the bad feeling
of being used or misused. The coupling of the two is like "exquisite skin". Its a border where time and space change places.

Taking Flight
As
we take flight on our journey, we are unraveling our wings so we can
fly steady. There are times, we honestly don't know how we are going to
get to our destination. But we allow faith to become our guide, because
we have a knowing there is a divine or supernatural force nudging us to
keep going. We begin to allow our higher-self to guide us, instead of
letting the fear hinders us. We hear so much debate from people
journeying on the spiritual path.This is right or do it that
way, etc;. But the truth is the journey starts from within. A place
deep inside you that wants to free itself from inhibitions and be
happy. But, humans got caught up in the blame game (you all know what I
mean) and fell of track. Its all changing with the awakening. People
want to find the root of their soul, they want to go back to the
connection they have with infinite source. The one that leads us to
unconditional love.
You have to start from where it all begins, your "heart"! Free yourself from restrictions and allow the natural flow of things to happen. No one said it is always going to be smooth sailing. Rising Above~A new Phoenix
Today I write from my heart and the truest depths of my soul. Leading me to share how my human and spiritual experiences led me to the "Now", and what it means to begin to rise from the ashes. This week my rawest emotions were exposed leading me to question all I've come to believe in my spiritual path and with my Goddess. Many people say I have a way to reach the heart in a rocking way and help heal. I can do this because each layer of the onion skin I peel away, I understand how raw emotions can make people feel.
Its a wild ride for most of us at times and sometimes we feel like we are going to be thrown off the roller-coaster. And what do you do when you feel like you are in a triangle and you feel boxed in no matter what you do. Today my Goddess spoke with me and asked me to share. This will be useful as we are shifting. I felt such an energy and peace as I was meditating with her, her answer came across so loud and clear. She said this goes for you and for the many that are going through tests and challenges as they rise. Here we go .
Child you came so far on your journey. You are arriving at your destination, like Pandora's box, you have withstood the many test's that were put in your path. There will be those who will shake you try and break you and take your focus off your spiritual path. They will even flip it and make you think you did something wrong. I say this to you keep going because the Divine walks with you, sees you and your true beauty and worth. Keep going because I won't make you fall. Your weakest hours is where your strength emerges from. Even when you are alone on your journey, I am with you! And I will bless you in glory! Healing from the Inside Out
Tonight I was moved to write about healing and how it's a part of the journey. How can you experience the journey to "enlightenment" when you haven't completely healed from within. Healing is part of your awakening into spiritual light. In a vital part of the transition. Its the road that leads "You" to "Spiritual" wholeness of "Self".
Forgiveness, compassion and letting go is needed for this to happen. Not only for yourself but for those around you. Look around you are take the veils off your eyes. Then begin to look within and break down the barriers that keep you in a stagnant state. It is you who must go inside of yourself and undo the whole thing. You must peel it all away to see where it all began. You must travel all your own emotions and thought processes. You must find all your own answers. Nothing else will do! When you explore this for yourself you will begin to understand it. The world as we know it is changing and a shift is happening. People are moving towards the light and are realizing that in order to do it, one must undo all that the ego and thought process has corrupted. Strive to continue on, it is challenging but when you begin to see the possibilities, you know you are healing.

The "I" that is You underneath the Layers
Humans as a collective species think of every excuse there is not to live their lives as they truly want too. So many reasons come into play why we do this, but I have found that the biggest reason is fear and judgement. And the biggest person we fear is our-self.
Years of being told we should be this or that, or don't do it this way and it goes on. Everyone reading this, knows exactly how it feels and can relate to what I am saying.
So, the big question is how do I find the "I" in me underneath the layers? And that starts with living in the Now and getting in touch with your inner-self. You have to be willing to un-learn any thought patterns that create fear and let go. And yes, it does take training (anyone who tell you differently, isn't flying straight). But the amazing thing is when you become friends with the "I" in you, you are free! From the ashes rises the Phoenix. Hello loves. Today I'm asking you to expand your consciousness and would like you to honestly share your feelings on this topic. Its one that goes hand and hand and one that we sometimes shy away from discussing openly. Here we go my rockers, please reflect on the post.
The awakening is opening our consciousness towards becoming comfortable on how our spiritual and sexuality merge together. Many view it as bits of intermingling essence that leads into the same space together. The two simultaneously lead us into a combined ecstasy, bluntly put; we cycle into our full orgasmic potential, and become energetically open to our deepest spiritual and sexual ecstasy.
Many humans have been conditioned to believe they shouldn't move into their sexuality. The mind says its wrong. The truth is when our spirituality and sexuality merges, it the most alive thing we experience. The two are expressions of our soul. It only fails us when perversions happen to the mind. When its natural, it showers you with a beautiful flowing experience.
Its also known as "electrically connecting", you are simply, "in-tuned". You are learning to allow your spirituality and sexuality to enter a state of presence with one another. I love you all and thank you for expanding your consciousness with me. Keep rocking, Tre

Mastering Fear~getting away from it~and being You~~
Its amazing no matter who you talk to there is a common trend when it comes to fear, we all have it! The very sound of the word, can stop you in your tracks. And if left uncontrolled it can send rippling effects through out your body and mind. You hear everyone saying now a days, get rid of your fear, it holds you back and stops you from doing the things that make you venture into your full potential. Then is goes silent and you're left on your own to figure it out. And your back to square one. Today lets become the master over our fears and take back the control from the things that make us comfortably numb. Its quite normal as you are facing your fear to feel a little hesitant and confused on what to do. Understand this, the worst is already behind you because you are acknowledging the fear you have. Now you are willing to do something about it. One exercise I will share is this: Look at the fear like its a story from the past that is still present in your mind. Fear makes you go backwards in thought so you will have to move your mind in the present. This is a great time to use that little inner voice, we always talk about. Let its trigger be your guiding point. Believe me you will know its calling, just go with it, don't question it, let it flow. This would be a good time to let your intuition predominate over your "fearful" thoughts and help you towards a solution that you can control. No doubt it takes "re-booting" but when you remain honest with yourself, you then master and avoid the road of denial. Its all about mind expansion, a little something to think about. "Personal Reasoning" refers to the private choice we make when considering various options that are presented to us, such as when a person decides to embark on a spiritual journey and find fulfillment in life. It's a choice that is aimed at most intimate aspects of the person. When you decide to take the path that leads you into spiritual discovery, your subconscious is calling and directing you to make these changes. And its leading you to visualize a life that is consistent with your ideas and thoughts. Your subconscious mind triggers your to begin the process, and your aspiring consciousness leads you to take personal care in the matter. The Deeper Part Of The Journey
As
you get deeper on the spiritual journey and begin to understand and
experience the different vibrational frequencies, your perceptions begin
to shift. After many trials and tribulations, you begin to realize that
"true love" is needed in order for the release to happen. At times we
use the word "Love" loosely and that's where the blockage begins.
Experience and letting go is the lesson, when this happens. Its called
the shedding of self, and learning how to completely trust
that everything is going to turn out in a positive way and the universe
is going to take care of it. This is when many on the journey "jump
ship", its the most challenging thing you will do, to stay in a calm
state, when the challenges become so intense, that you feel overwhelmed.
So many things stop us when our logical mind takes over. We become
fearful of the outcome. If we step back and let go, we begin to realize
that an outcome is going to happen no matter what. Instead of putting
negative energy in it (which derives from fear) let the flow of love
lead you. In order to come from this place, you have to be willing to do
the exercise. As I am growing and more messages are being transmitted
to me, I am also shedding. People and things come and go in life. Don't
take it personally, everything serves its purpose and usually a lesson
is involved. Now lets talk of love between a man and woman. All of us
want it (to really experience it) not because we want to be with
someone, just because we don't want to be lonely, but because we want to
really experience the true meaning of it. That takes two people that
want to make it work, and are willing to let each other breathe. Not
that one wants to mold the other or that only one is willing to make it
happen and always feels on the outside of the relationship. The time is
here and we as individuals have to participate in the shift. Let the
love flow through you and remember the process and the uncomfortably has
to happen,in order for you to understand that the soul remains through

So what do you do when you find out that trust has been broken? It can be difficult to deal with since it could set a person back in their development. Before you React, refrain and come back to center and ask for guidance. I understand its not always easy, since ego can pop up and cause a chain reaction. Emotions like anger, disappointment and a feeling of discredit can cause a momentary downturn. Take it as a lesson and use it to transition into higher development instead of backtracking into the old you.

You understand you are a part of a divine plan and purpose . You hold the answers of what is occurring inside your body and when you open up to higher consciousness you are allowing it to evolve.
This how you release fear and become uninhabited. Not All Who Wander Are Lost
We are becoming aware of the damage that the chains of conditioning causes and we are beginning to tune into our inner-self for the answers, we cannot get from the current system, of the way things are. In most cases the plagues of conditioning have been passed down to each of us, from many generations. Coupled with the fact that their are those among us that would like to keep us in the dark and at a low frequency wave.
The way to break free is through practicing pure love and standing up to your soul belief, that you are a being of higher evolution. You are here for a purpose and "YOU", have to find what it is, no-one can do it for you. That means you have to free yourself from the conditions that are placed around your heart-wall. You have to be willing to give and receive, unconditionally. Its not always an easy thing to do, especially when we fear we may be hurt. On my personal journey this was one of the things, I had to learn become "unconditioned", at first it was difficult because it meant, fear had to be dealt with. You have to fearlessly become inspiring, motivated and passionate. By becoming a free spirit of the heart, you begin to see a clearer picture on how you should be living your purpose. How cool is it to live in happiness, order and peace as you become more conscious than ever of your needs. You have to be willing to embrace both your spiritual and physical side and adopt a conscience level which is different from what you have now.
When you begin to live this way, your internal harmony will be greater and your new way of cohabiting on Earth with other human beings will make you access an unparalleled beauty. Sowing the Seeds of Spiritual Guidance
It doesn't have to be over complicated, but it has to be genuine and you have to do it from your true-self. Most people are bogged down in this era. We live in a world where fear, , vanity, global calamities and hate are common~~ when we really should be living from a sytem where we replace fear with intelligence~~we teach love instead of hate~~where each of us has, our fair share, instead of only a select few. Personally, I rather use my divine intelligence than be a puppet on a string and follow the crowd.
To make it happen each of us has to sow a seedling. We have to do our part. Today the extraordinary happens from the ordinary. One small voice can reach millions, with the advancements of technology.
One person can make a difference in their neighborhood by a small act of kindness and then it goes on and on (get the jest of it ). That's the way to start a chain reaction. We are remarkable beings when we are at our best. Its so cool when we see something we begin take seed and sprout. You have to start somewhere, that's the hardest part. However once you participate, you can't help but want to continue. That kind of contribution is something I can roll with and own up to. How about you ? Keep rocking~~Tre

It Starts Within The Heart
First thing we have to do, is get to the core of what caused this to happen to us. Then we have to begin to heal and forgive. That is the essential. Then we have to love ourselves, "UNCONDITIONALLY." Let's face it if we don't love our self than, how can we receive and give. This comes by loving your true essence , your "True-Self", freeing yourself from conditioning and living from the place that makes you completely flow in oneness, with all things.
My purpose is to not lead you to the water, but to make you thirsty, so you want to drink. Anyone can lead you and then leave you on your own. The true meaning of this life is to live in harmony with one another, as we are learning and growing from each other. The awakening is here and there is a surge of people, who are coming together and realizing the planet and its people need change. When people open their heats and let love flow, its so much easier to accomplish what needs to be done, so all people can live in peace. Keep rocking, Tre.

It takes great energy to maintain a harmonious balance in today's world. Once you decide to go all the way, you'll instantly send out frequencies and the universe will answer your call. So rest assure as soon as a hiccup happens, our inner-self seeks the remedy. And the right adviser comes along. You know so much fear goes into our lives and that is because most of the time the answers we seek are not available. The great thing about living a spiritual life and being in tune with ourselves is we immediately recognize when we need to seek guidance and learn how to master our life.

takes to let the temple of your soul fall and build a new one . True
spiritualism is no slave to the ordinary. Its a clear and concise vision
that comes with the daring attitude to
free yourself from conditioning. You must stand up and develop from
within and have the willingness to confront every negative aspect of
your life source and turn it into positive energy. Daring to be
different as you continue on the path that leads to your personal
enlightenment. Only when your travel deep within and start as a babe in
the woods, do you begin to understand your own soul. When that happens
the miracle of light begins to resonate through you. No one can do this
for you. You have to begin the process and develop it for yourself.
Taking the road less traveled is inherently beautiful, when you make a

The Day Is Here~~A Great Read For Tuning Into Your Spiritual Side
For those of you that are getting to know me, you may have notice that I guide in a non-traditional way. I teach and write in a simple way. The reason is because spiritual guidance, should not be complicated. When I wrote "Explore Your Sacred Truth", I wanted to and did take a non-traditional approach. I did this so the reader would understand that the point of entry for each of us is unique.
It guides the reader on how to develop from within,by using intelligence and by answering questions and receiving answers that make sense. The beauty of the book is that it is written in a simple brilliant way. It leads the reader to take the steps and to know that their questions are answered, in a way that they can begin to use their divine DNA, to unlock their true potential and discover, what there life purpose is.
I've been taking about the book's debut and now the birthing of it has reached the universe. I have so much to be thankful for. The road has been bittersweet, but through perseverance and trusting in Universal Law, it is available.

You are actually sending the emotion of the action you want to affect. It will take some training on your part, but it becomes clear that if you can attune yourself to the particular situation., you will be successful at attaining the information you see. We have to focus on our professional goals, and take care of our families, as we're coping with the stresses of everyday life. It can be exhausting ! In order to live a lifestyle that is in balance and in harmony with our core values, we are discovering a realization, from what spirituality has to offer us. That Which Divides Us Is Simply The Mind
This is when everything that is your realty about your true-self takes action and you use your divine DNA to cast out the fear. You let go of the negatives and trust that all is going to work out according to the natural law, and allow things to manifest. You do by using your mantra's to help you with strength and by using your spiritual intelligence to help guide you through. It can be tough but once you allow yourself the freedom of letting the divine flow in, you become a better you. We learn that the only way to be on the grid for a better humanity is to learn how to live in balance. Creating change takes work and you are not alone. Many feel it but are unable to speak about it because they believe it is only happening to them. Not true~~keep pushing forward and the divine will come to you. Letting Go
to let go. To believe that all will be okay and things will go where they are suppose to be.
When you break free of constraints, its pretty amazing. In fact it is exhilarating! I struggled with trust. It doesn't matter that I am a gifted guide. I am human all people go through tests. The amazing comes, after the storm. I am saying to you , its all good, it is a natural cycle and in order to arrive , you have to find your way. Learn to find you inner light and come to know your own spiritual reality.
