It Starts Within The Heart

       I was chilling back today and a bell sounded. As I was mediating and looking around, I realized that everything starts from the heart. It is the core of how living things flow. In this era, where the search for truth and a serene way, has become rampant, I was moved to write about the heart flow and how it affects a person. When the heart is open to receive, it is acts as the entrance of hope, understanding and love. All to often people who have been wounded close the heart off. When this happens we stunt our own growth in all areas of our life. So how do we get back to opening the flow in order for us to pay it forward ?

     First thing we have to do, is get to the core of what caused this to happen to us. Then we have to begin to heal and forgive. That is the essential. Then we have to love ourselves, "UNCONDITIONALLY." Let's face it if we don't love our self than, how can we receive and give. This comes by loving your true essence , your "True-Self", freeing yourself from conditioning and living from the place that makes you completely flow in oneness, with all things.

     My purpose is to not lead you to the water, but to make you thirsty, so you want to drink. Anyone can lead you and then leave you on your own. The true meaning of this life is to live in harmony with one another, as we are learning and growing from each other. The awakening is here and there is a surge of people, who are coming together and realizing the planet and its people need change. When people open their heats and let love flow, its so much easier to accomplish what needs to be done, so all people can live in peace. Keep rocking, Tre.
