All things appear and disappear because of the concurrence of causes and conditions. Nothing ever exists entirely alone; everything is in relation to everything else. Believe nothing, no matter where you read it, or who said it, no matter if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense. In the sky, there is no distinction of east and west;people create distinctions out of their own minds and then believe them to be true. The whole secret of existence is to have no fear.There are only two mistakes one can make along the road to truth,not going all the way, and not starting at all.

First, rely on the spirit and meaning of the teaching, not on the words.  Second, rely on the teaching, not on the personality of the teacher.  Third, rely on real wisdom of the teaching, not on superficial interpretation. And fourth, rely on the essence of the wisdom received, not on judgmental perceptions. There is no fire like passion, no crime like hatred, no sorrow like separation, no sickness like hunger, And no joy like the joy of freedom. The choice is all yours.
