Rising Above~A new Phoenix

Today I write from my heart and the truest depths of my soul. Leading me to share how my human and spiritual experiences led me to the "Now", and what it means to begin to rise from the ashes. This week my rawest emotions were exposed leading me to question all I've come to believe in my spiritual path and with my Goddess. Many people say I have a way to reach the heart in a rocking way and help heal. I can do this because each layer of the onion skin I peel away, I understand how raw emotions can make people feel.
Its a wild ride for most of us at times and sometimes we feel like we are going to be thrown off the roller-coaster. And what do you do when you feel like you are in a triangle and you feel boxed in no matter what you do. Today my Goddess spoke with me and asked me to share. This will be useful as we are shifting. I felt such an energy and peace as I was meditating with her, her answer came across so loud and clear. She said this goes for you and for the many that are going through tests and challenges as they rise. Here we go .
Child you came so far on your journey. You are arriving at your destination, like Pandora's box, you have withstood the many test's that were put in your path. There will be those who will shake you try and break you and take your focus off your spiritual path. They will even flip it and make you think you did something wrong. I say this to you keep going because the Divine walks with you, sees you and your true beauty and worth. Keep going because I won't make you fall. Your weakest hours is where your strength emerges from. Even when you are alone on your journey, I am with you! And I will bless you in glory! That was from one of my Goddess, her name is Kali and we walk together. I will share that part of it, the rest was private for me . Healing from the Inside Out

~~Healing from the Inside Out~~

Tonight I was moved to write about healing and how it's a part of the journey. How can you experience the journey to "enlightenment" when you haven't completely healed from within. Healing is part of your awakening into spiritual light. In a vital part of the transition. Its the road that leads "You" to "Spiritual" wholeness of "Self".

Forgiveness, compassion and letting go is needed for this to happen. Not only for yourself but for those around you. Look around you are take the veils off your eyes. Then begin to look within and  break down the barriers that keep you in a stagnant state. It is you who must go inside of yourself and undo the whole thing. You must peel it all away to see where it all began. You must travel all your own emotions and thought processes. You must find all your own answers. Nothing else will do!  When you explore this for yourself you will begin to understand it. The world as we know it is changing and a shift is happening. People are moving towards the light and are realizing that in order to do it, one must undo all that the ego and thought process has corrupted. Strive to continue on, it is challenging but when you begin to see the possibilities, you know you are healing.

The "I" that is You underneath the Layers

Humans as a collective species think of every excuse there is not to live their lives as they truly want too. So many reasons come into play why we do this, but I have found that the biggest reason is fear and judgement. And the biggest person we fear is our-self.
Years of being told we should be this or that, or don't do it this way and it goes on. Everyone reading this, knows exactly how it feels and can relate to what I am saying.

So, the big question is how do I find the "I" in me underneath the layers? And that starts with living in the Now and getting in touch with your inner-self. You have to be willing to un-learn any thought patterns that create fear and let go. And yes, it does take training (anyone who tell you differently, isn't flying straight). But the amazing thing is when you become friends with the "I" in you, you are free! From the ashes rises the Phoenix.
